Free/No Pay: Random House is making the new novel Beautiful Children by Charles Bock available as a PDF download through Friday. There is no apparent catch. I mean, other than you may find yourself reading a 400+ page novel on your computer.

Glad that you liked it. I read a description of Galaxie 500/Luna/Dean and Britta that described their music as “dream pop” - this song captures that idea nicely I think. This song is also intensely personal to me for reasons that would be best described over many drinks.

Great song, but I am a much bigger Luna fan than of D&B’s recent works. Luna was “dreamy” in the best ways.

Well, sure, I’d rather have been checking out Luna, but we take what we can get. They performed Luna’s Tigerlily, and the crowd went wild.
