I heart Al Gore
Al’s new book, The Assault on Reason, receives a glowing review in the LA Times by Joe Conason. Look for scathing, half-baked sound bites from The Right beginning with tomorrow’s news cycle. You’ll recognize them when the exact same phrasing is used by 10 or more politicians/pundits to criticize Gore.

As I’ve mentioned to Mister DJ, I traded in my gas guzzler for a hybrid over the weekend, so I’m currently searching for my “Gore 2008″ bumper sticker.
Let me check the fat envelope in the glove box that contains the owner’s manual and stuff to see if this book is in there. If not, I’ll efficiently drive over to a nice independent bookstore and pick one up.

You hit on what I hate most about those rightwing pundits: the exact same phrasing over and over. Are they Stepford politicos or something?
